The plain terms. Unused edit time does not roll over. Hosting is included only where the specific hosting cost and arrangement are confirmed in your agreement; domain renewals and third-party subscriptions are separate unless specified. Major redesigns, new pages, extensive copywriting and new functionality are quoted separately. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times, most static sites don't need CMS or plugin updates, and we won't pretend yours does. Billing is monthly from your start date; cancel any time by email and the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Change requests go by email and are actioned within your plan's response target.
